承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
