承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
