承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
