4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數(shu)起重(zhong)設備端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
