承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
