承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
