承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重梁(liang)與承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方(fang)式(shi);防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
