承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
