承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車(che)承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方(fang)式;防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四合一一體(ti)化設計方案,結構緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤(gou),防(fang)失控。
4,全部傳動系(xi)統組(zu)織選用無連(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)立即I/O方式(shi),傳動系(xi)統高(gao)效率、裝(zhuang)配線高(gao)精(jing)度、免維護保養(yang)。
