承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
