1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數起重設備端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
橋式雙梁起重機總程
