雙梁起重機承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙(shuang)梁(liang)起重機(ji)端(duan)梁(liang)一部分
1,大(da)噸數起重設備(bei)端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。

4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
橋式雙梁起重機總程
