1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一(yi)部分(fen)
1,大噸數起重設備端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
