承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
