承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
