2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙(shuang)梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
