承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
