承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
