承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
