承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
