東莞集裝箱門式起重機

軌道式集裝箱門式起重機除起升機構有其特殊選擇外,小車運行機構和大車運行機構與其他橋式、門式類型起重機機構基本相同。
(1)起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)機構(gou)。起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)機構(gou)有兩種形式,鋼絲繩卷筒(tong)式與輪胎式集裝箱門式起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機的起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)機構(gou)基本相同;而剛(gang)性伸縮(suo)式起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)機構(gou)又(you)類(lei)似(si)于鋼廠冶金用夾鉗橋式起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機的起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)機構(gou)。
①鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)卷簡類型起升機構由直流(liu)或交流(liu)電動(dong)機、齒(chi)輪聯(lian)軸器、盤式(shi)或塊式(shi)制動(dong)器,中硬齒(chi)面減速(su)器、減速(su)器與(yu)卷筒之間的齒(chi)輪聯(lian)軸器、雙聯(lian)卷筒和軸承座組(zu)成。由起升鋼絲(si)繩(sheng)、滑輪與(yu)吊具(ju)滑輪組(zu)組(zu)成一組(zu)繞繩(sheng)系(xi)統。
②剛性伸(shen)縮式起升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)可(ke)以是用鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou);液(ye)壓油(you)缸提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou);平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重齒輪(lun)齒條提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)加(jia)上(shang)伸(shen)縮導向(xiang)鋼結(jie)(jie)構(gou)架組成。鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)構(gou)造簡單(dan),基本組成與其他起升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)相似.由于(yu)鋼結(jie)(jie)構(gou)具有(you)一定(ding)的剛性,所(suo)以提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)亦可(ke)分為(wei)兩組,有(you)利于(yu)布置。液(ye)壓油(you)缸提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)工(gong)作平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)、構(gou)造簡單(dan),但維(wei)護保養要求較高。
(2)小(xiao)車運行機構(gou)。小(xiao)車運行機構(gou)由直(zhi)流或交流電動(dong)(dong)機、齒(chi)輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)、塊式(shi)或盤式(shi)制動(dong)(dong)器(qi)、中硬齒(chi)面(mian)減速(su)器(qi)、低速(su)齒(chi)輪(lun)連軸(zhou)器(qi)和車輪(lun)及車輪(lun)支承組成。驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)機構(gou)的布(bu)置方式(shi)一般分為沿(yan)小(xiao)車軌道(dao)方向(xiang)布(bu)置和垂(chui)直(zhi)于(yu)小(xiao)車軌道(dao)方向(xiang)布(bu)置兩(liang)種方式(shi)。驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)車輪(lun)的數量根據驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)不打滑(hua)的條件(jian)確定(ding).現代設計基本采(cai)用全(quan)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)。
(3)大車(che)(che)運(yun)行機構(gou)。大車(che)(che)運(yun)行機構(gou)通(tong)常采用(yong)(yong)三輪(lun)或四輪(lun)臺車(che)(che),根據輪(lun)壓大小(xiao)來確定。運(yun)行機構(gou)的構(gou)造和形(xing)式與(yu)其他(ta)各類起(qi)重機相似(si),如采用(yong)(yong)開(kai)式齒輪(lun)驅動(dong)(dong)臺車(che)(che),則(ze)由(you)直(zhi)流或交流電動(dong)(dong)機、齒輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、制動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、中(zhong)硬齒面減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)、開(kai)式齒輪(lun)、車(che)(che)輪(lun)和車(che)(che)輪(lun)支承組成;如采用(yong)(yong)封(feng)閉性傳動(dong)(dong),則(ze)將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)直(zhi)接與(yu)車(che)(che)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)接,直(zhi)接傳動(dong)(dong),但減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)傳動(dong)(dong)比將(jiang)稍大。
由于大車運行速度較快,為防止起制動(dong)時車輪打滑(hua),一般選用(yong)調(diao)(diao)速性能好的晶(jing)閘管直流(liu)(liu)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)調(diao)(diao)速、交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)變頻(pin)調(diao)(diao)速、交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定(ding)子(zi)調(diao)(diao)速等電氣(qi)控制系統。
