承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
