1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
