承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
