2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重(zhong)機端梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數起重設備端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
