承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
