承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電(dian)動機(ji)+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四(si)合(he)一一體化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安(an)全性鉤,防失控。
4,全(quan)部(bu)傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)統組織選用(yong)無連軸(zhou)器的立(li)即(ji)I/O方式,傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)統高(gao)效率、裝(zhuang)配(pei)線高(gao)精度、免維護保養。
