承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保(bao)。
