承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
