承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
