承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。

3,小轎車搭建有安全性(xing)鉤,防失(shi)控。

5,工(gong)作中級(ji)(ji)(ji)別為A6級(ji)(ji)(ji),防(fang)(fang)(fang)水等級(ji)(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)(ji)絕緣層。防(fang)(fang)(fang)污防(fang)(fang)(fang)潮,提升安全級(ji)(ji)(ji)別。
