甘南單梁起重機

單(dan)梁式起重機的構(gou)造(zao)特性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐式古典箱型梁機構(gou)設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,采用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機(ji)端梁(liang)采用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“三條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一次(ci)精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計方案(an),合理減少重量,提升提高室內空間。
2,減速(su)(su)機采用(yong)(yong)起重機專用(yong)(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒面減速(su)(su)機,承載力高,使用(yong)(yong)期(qi)長。
3,鋼(gang)(gang)絲繩卷筒采用厚(hou)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)生(sheng)產(chan)短接軸方式,并(bing)對焊(han)接開展(zhan)無(wu)損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有(you)采用熱軋滑輪;
5,起(qi)重吊鉤采用T級起(qi)重吊鉤,材料高于(yu)DG34CrMo,單雙排(pai)布局,節省室內空間;
