承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
