承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
