承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
