承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
