承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
