承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
