2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一部(bu)分
1,大噸數起重(zhong)設備端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
