承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
