單梁式起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機是(shi)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong),是(shi)由跨接(jie)(jie)和(he)吊(diao)車小車構成的(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機。跨接(jie)(jie) 沿(yan)路(lu)面路(lu)軌(gui)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)豎向(xiang)健身運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),沿(yan)跨接(jie)(jie) 作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)橫著健身運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。有起(qi)(qi)吊(diao)、跨接(jie)(jie) 走動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、小車走動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等三個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)機構。以人力資(zi)源或電力工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器。多用(yong)以工(gong)(gong)(gong)業廠(chang)(chang)房或生產車間(jian)內運(yun)送貨品(pin)。用(yong)以加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)(chang)、庫房、砂石廠(chang)(chang)等不一(yi)(yi)樣場所吊(diao)裝貨品(pin),嚴禁在易燃性、易燃易爆腐蝕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)自然環境中(zhong)應(ying)用(yong)。具(ju)備(bei)(bei)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)特性,是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)循環系統(tong)、間(jian)歇性健身運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)機械設備(bei)(bei)。一(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)循環系統(tong)包(bao)含(han):取(qu)放設備(bei)(bei)從(cong)取(qu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)地把物(wu)(wu)(wu)件提到,隨后水(shui)準挪動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)到特定地址下降(jiang)物(wu)(wu)(wu)件,然后開展反向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),使(shi)取(qu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)設備(bei)(bei)回到原點,便于開展下一(yi)(yi)次循環系統(tong)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)機構包(bao)含(han):起(qi)(qi)吊(diao)機構、運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構、變幅機構和(he)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機構,被(bei)稱(cheng)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機的(de)(de)四(si)大(da)機構。

承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)采用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)機構設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,采(cai)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載貨量起重機端梁采用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“三條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆采用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一次精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁采(cai)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計方(fang)案,合理減少(shao)重量(liang),提升(sheng)提高(gao)室內空間。
2,減(jian)速機(ji)采用起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)專用型的H系(xi)列產品硬(ying)齒面減(jian)速機(ji),承載力(li)高,使(shi)用期長(chang)。
3,鋼(gang)絲(si)繩卷筒采用厚鋼(gang)板生產(chan)短(duan)接軸方式,并對焊接開展無損檢測;
4,動滑(hua)輪所(suo)有采(cai)用熱(re)軋滑(hua)輪;
5,起重吊(diao)鉤(gou)采用T級起重吊(diao)鉤(gou),材料高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排布局,節省室內空間(jian);
