承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
