單梁(liang)式起重機的構(gou)造特性(xing)
承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)采用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載貨量起(qi)重機(ji)端(duan)梁采用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“三條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆采用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一次精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐(ou)式古(gu)典設計方案,合理減少重(zhong)量,提升提高室(shi)內空間。
2,減速機(ji)采(cai)用起(qi)重機(ji)專用型的H系列產品硬(ying)齒面減速機(ji),承載力高,使用期(qi)長。
3,鋼絲繩卷(juan)筒采用厚鋼板生(sheng)產(chan)短(duan)接軸方式,并對焊(han)接開展無損檢測;
4,動滑輪(lun)所(suo)有(you)采用熱軋(ya)滑輪(lun);
5,起(qi)重吊鉤(gou)采用T級起(qi)重吊鉤(gou),材料高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排布局(ju),節省室(shi)內空(kong)間;
