3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設備端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。

4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
