2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙梁起重機端梁一部分
1,大噸(dun)數起重設(she)備端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
