承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
