承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
