承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
