承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
