3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。

4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
